We would like to ensure that all our guests have a memorable and peaceful stay. We ask that all guests be respectful of these policies and each other.
Hours of Operation
Our helpful and courteous staff is available from 7:00am to 9:00 pm to answer any questions you may have or recommend the finest restaurants and attractions in the area.
Cancellations
Because we are a small inn, cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations after this time are subject to a fee of one night stay and applicable taxes for each room reserved.
Reservations that are booked on the same day as the arrival date are considered a final sale. Therefore if the reservation is cancelled than there will be a charge for one night stay and applicable taxes.
Pets
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.
Payments
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DEBIT, and CASH; however a credit card is required at the time of reservation to guarantee your accommodations.
Extra Persons
All rates are based on single and double occupancy. Most of our rooms contain one bed and are not suitable for more than 2 persons. Extra persons may be accommodated at the rate of $20.00 per person per night, in our Deluxe Suites, Apartment Suites, One of our Large Studios, and the Small Studio King. These rooms feature a sofa bed, if you have any questions please give us a call and our friendly knowledgeable staff would be happy to assist you.
Check in/out
Check in time is between 3:00pm and 9:00 pm. If you will not be able to check in before 9:00 pm than please let us know in advance so that we can arrange a lock box check in for you. If your room can be made available prior to 3:00pm we will be happy to check you in, otherwise, we can store your luggage and you are welcome to relax in the guest parlour. While you may certainly request in an early check in, we are unable to guarantee this.
Check out time is 11:00 am. We will do whatever we can to accommodate your itinerary, but we are a small business, please understand that we need to clean the rooms as soon as possible to have them ready for the afternoon check ins. A later check out must be pre arranged and the decision is based on occupancy.
Parking
We do have free parking, but unfortunately space is limited, and is based on a first come first serve basis. Parking maps and parking passes will be issued at the time of check in, and our courteous staff will be pleased to explain parking and alternative parking that is available.
Smoking
We have a guest patio outside, and smokers are welcome to smoke in this outside area. No smoking within the Inn is permitted.
If you have family and friends call you while you are staying, please have them use 1-780-488-6766, and not the toll- free line, which is for reservations only.
