Just a brief note to say how much I and my colleagues have enjoyed our stay with you during the past month. The Glenora's very friendly and pleasant atmosphere, the superb interior design and furnishings all combine for a happy and relaxed stay. We have appreciated the great efforts of all your staff to accommodate our changing requirements.

When my husband and I checked out of your wonderful Inn this week, we filled in the comments form and told you how impressed we are with the Inn.
We forgot to add one very important point: how much we appreciated the two teddy bears who sit on the chair outside the guest parlour! As you may know the collective noun for teddy bears is "hug" of teddy bears - and as great admirers of teddy bears, we were delighted to encounter a small "hug" in your Inn!
It's little touches like that which make the Glenora such a delightful place to visit. We're already looking forward to returning one day, and will certainly recommend the Glenora to friends who may visit Edmonton.
